By placing an order on our site, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

SALE ITEM RETURNS (DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS):

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for any reason. Absolutely no exceptions.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All International orders are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged.  Note we are not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.

DOMESTIC ORDER (USA) EXCHANGES

For Domestic Orders (USA), we do not offer direct exchanges.  If you would like to exchange an item, please follow our return process for a merchandise credit.  You can then use the merchandise credit to purchase the desired item.  

DOMESTIC ORDER (USA) RETURNS – Eligible regularly priced merchandise only

For Domestic Orders we offer a 5 day return policy on eligible merchandise for merchandise credit ONLY.  Returns must be sent back within 5 days from the date of delivery.  We do not offer credit card refunds.  Merchandise credit expires one year from date of issue.  Note original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Eligible merchandise applies only to regularly priced swimwear and apparel.  All jewelry items (bracelets, earrings, necklaces, and rings) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for any reason.

Note we are unable to accept returns for SWARTLEY WEST items purchased at other retail locations or websites.

You are responsible for return shipping costs to our company address.   After your return is processed, an email will be sent to the original purchaser, or person otherwise specified on the Return Form regarding the merchandise credit amount and how to use it. 

Items must be new, may not be washed, worn, or altered, and must have tags and sanitary protectant/hygiene label attached and in its original polybag.  Please do not remove the sanitary protectant/hygiene label when trying on swimsuits.  Please try on over underwear. 

Body creams, heavy perfume, makeup and jewelry can cause the garment to become soiled or damaged, thus making it ineligible for return. 

Please do not ship back your item if it is outside of our return window or does not meet the requirements.  No merchandise credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for return shipment and will forfeit all claims.

WHAT IF SOMETHING I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY? 

SWARTLEY WEST is produced in the USA and of highest quality – all items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.  Should you receive an item not in its expected condition, please email customer service immediately using our Contact Us form within 2 days of the item’s delivery date.

HOW TO START A DOMESTIC (USA) RETURN

Contact SWARTLEY WEST customer service using our Contact Us form to receive instructions on how to return your merchandise.  Please DO NOT return the item without contacting us.

SWARTLEY WEST reserves the right to refuse service, credit and exchanges to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive or arbitrary returns and exchanges.
